The objective of this tender is to invite technical and commercial offers for the leasing of spare dark (2 pair) optical fibers of MMBPL pipeline of BPCL for a period of 15 years. BPCL wants to offer the existing assets of 2 Pair of OFC Fiber of Manmad-Bijwasan Pipeline which are dark fiber (unused OFC Cores), on long term lease basis under IRU including Communication Tower space, collocation facilities and services. |
