Preparation of 200 copies of the annual report for the financial year 2024-25 (statutory and administrative report) including approximately 100 pages, with 6 color pages, and 50 CDs (with label and cover). The minimum rates for printing and CDs must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the institution''s incoming department by 5:00 PM on 20/09/2025. The report must be printed and delivered within 7 days of receiving the printing order. The data size on the CD must be less than 20 MB. The details of the proposed printing supply work are provided in the attached appendix, and the rates must be mentioned and signed below. The final date for submitting the rates is 20/09/2025. Late submissions and incomplete information will not be considered. PAN and GST numbers must be mentioned on the bill. The original rates and GST must be mentioned separately when quoting the printing rates. The rates must include paper, printing labor, transportation, and packing to deliver the report to Shirdi. Rates must be in whole numbers. Any corrections in the rates will lead to disqualification of the tender. |
