Selection of vendor for Digital collections solution, which includes providing service/solution for Digital collections solution and its maintenance and support for the tenure of the Contract. The vendor will be required to ensure that all systemic changes or new requirements necessitated out of Government or other regulatory guidelines are made available from day one of the solution going live. The vendor should also provide training to the Company’s Collections, MIS, analytics and any other teams as deemed fit. |
